- Sauce ingredients:

Cream cheese: 3 grains

Cream: 2 tablespoons

Icing sugar: 1/4 cup

- Eggs: 2 (large)

- Vanilla: A tablespoon

- Vinegar: 1 teaspoon

- Bananas: 3 grains (mashed)

- Cream: three quarters of the can (can only 2 tablespoons)

- Sugar: Cup

- Oil: 1/2 cup

- Flour: 1/2 cups

- Baking Powder: 1 tablespoon

- Salt: Pinch

- Cinnamon: Pinch (crushed)

How to prepare

Heat the oven at 180°C.

Wrap a 22-size cake with butter and flour and set aside.

In a bowl, sift the flour with baking powder, cinnamon and salt, and set aside the dry ingredients.

In an electric mixer, put the eggs and vanilla and mix well for 5 minutes.

Add sugar and oil and mix for 3 minutes.

Put the bananas and cream and mix.

Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix constantly and quietly with a wooden spoon until the mixture is mixed.

Pour the mixture into the mold.

Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.

Remove the cake from the oven and leave to cool completely.

To prepare the sauce: In an electric mixer, put the cream cheese, cream and powdered sugar.

Mix well until smooth.

Garnish the cold cake with the sauce.
