Green salad without tomatoes



- Mixed vegetable leaves: 2 cups

- Mushrooms: 10 beads

- Carrots: 10 beads (small size)

- Cucumber: 1 pill

- Green Turkey: 1 grain

- Yellow pepper: 1 grain

- Red turkey pepper: 1 grain

- Celery: Stick

- Spring onions: 2 tablets

- Lemon juice: A tablespoon

- Sesame oil: 1/4 teaspoon

- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons

- Black Pepper: Corn

- Salt: 1 teaspoon

- Cumin: 1 teaspoon

How to prepare

Cut the cucumber, celery, spring onions and peppers into slices.

Mix lemon juice, sesame oil, olive oil, pepper, salt and cumin to get the marinade.

Mix all vegetables with green salad leaves and mushrooms to get the salad.

Mix the salad with the marinade and then place it in a serving bowl.
